(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this Act, a travel or trekking agency can be operated as per this Act by obtaining a license from the State Government.
(2) According to sub-section (1) in relation to issuing, renewing, suspending and revoking the license of the person who wants to obtain the license of travel or trekking agency, the right of the Government of Nepal in accordance with this Act and the regulations made under this Act shall be exercised by the Government of Nepal. > (2) "Before suspending the license of a person to open a travel or trekking agency in accordance with sub-section (1), he shall be given an opportunity to present his explanation and at least fifteen days shall be given while giving such an opportunity."
